The wall location at hospital site seems fitting for an image that reflects the ever-present dilemma of necessary medication, our dependency on medication, and/or our overindulgence of medication. Nothing suggests our vulnerability and self-expression more so than an open mouth. Eat, drink, swallow, yawn, breathe, a scream, expressing awe and opening wide to a doctor’s request covers it all. The two images fused together in a symbolic way capture our nakedness and the fact that we’re not totally shielded and in total control from the external element.
