This abstract mural is an enlarged fragment of a small painting by artist Ieva Martinaitytė-Mediodia. The work reflects how she imagines movement invisible to the human eye—an impulse transmitted by a nerve cell at the moment of contact. This connection exists between a person and their surroundings, between the sky and the earth. The interaction between the painted fragment and elements of its surroundings creates a unified whole. We are constantly part of an invisible network of connections.
