As an artist-illustrator I know the importance of ‘Eye Candy’, a term, which describes a catchy illustration in a newspaper or in a magazine, which would stop a reader in his track of endlessly turning the pages and seduce him/her into reading an article which an illustration is accompanying. My mural “Three Cones” is an Eye Candy for the City of Marijampole. I want a passerby to be seduced by it and fall in love with immediate surroundings and City of Marijampole because of these fantastic mysterious cones floating endlessly in an imaginary colorful space.
