This mural is based on the illustration the artist did for The New York Times Book Review in 1996. The book was „Alias Grace“ by famous Canadian writer Margaret Atwood. The woman weaves the storyline of her past and at the same time cuts the treads which ties her to that past in search for a new beginning.
